Steamy Wonder Sauna
Our personal sauna system is a great alternative to the conventional sauna because you will be in a private room lying comfortably on our soft massage table instead of heated boards. The sauna will raise your body temperature, inducing an artificial fever. This mechanism will strengthen and accelerate immune response. This enhanced immune system, combined with improved elimination of toxins and wastes through the sweat glands, increases your overall health and resistance to disease. Our personal sauna will increase your heart rate, temporarily speeding up metabolism and providing cardiovascular benefits. We have many Aroma therapy options to enhance your experience!

Ion Cleanse

Many consider this to be the best way to remove toxins from your body. Your feet are immersed in a bath of steamy water, opening the pores of the feet. Chi Machine and Far Infrared Hot House
Relax for 15-30 minutes as you are taken to another world. This
combination therapy is an aerobic workout for your body without
breaking a sweat. Our chi machine works your muscles,
